LKG Admission Procedure: A Transparent and Inclusive Approach
At St. Fidelis School, Aligarh, we believe in fostering a transparent and inclusive admission process for all prospective students. To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, we have established the following guidelines for LKG admissions:
Parent-Child Identification Meeting:- Following the submission of the completed registration form, parents will be informed of a scheduled meeting for identification purposes. This meeting is primarily for security reasons and does not involve any academic assessments or tests of the child's abilities.
- Attendance at this meeting is mandatory and requires the presence of both parents, along with the child. Relatives are not permitted to attend in place of parents.
- Please bring the original birth certificate and all original documents submitted online to this meeting.
Important Notes:- We uphold the right of every child to education and do not discriminate based on caste, creed, sex, economic status, or social background.
- Admission is granted to as many students as capacity allows. When applications exceed available spaces, a fair and impartial lottery system is used to determine admissions.
- St. Fidelis School is a co-educational institution with a 50% reservation for both boys and girls in each class.
Document Submission Guidelines:- Only duly completed registration forms will be accepted.
- Photocopies of forms will not be accepted.
- Forms cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- Only attested copies of the birth certificate and photograph are acceptable.
- Kundalis, hospital certificates, and affidavits for date of birth are not considered valid proof of age.
- The date of birth, once registered, cannot be altered.
- Any form of recommendation will disqualify the application.
- As per G.O. No.1101/-1(5) session 1981-82 dated Lkn. Oct 15th 1981, the date of birth cannot be changed under any circumstances.
We strive to maintain a fair and transparent admission process that provides equal opportunities for all children. We believe in upholding the principles of justice, equality, and inclusivity in all our endeavors.
